Explore Our Collaborative Working And Shared Service Toolboxes

Our very successful Collaborative Transformation Team programme is a must for all public service managers who will be working on collaboration projects in 2015.

Almost 3,000 leaders and senior managers across the public sector have attended at least one session in the SSA collaborative leadership or collaborative transformation programmes. The programmes have been delivered in partnership with the LGA, WLGA, EELGA, CIPFA, CFOA, HEEM, AoC and other lead organisations for public sector improvement.

The programme will underpin your skills in

  • improved collaborative working within your organisation
  • multi-partner community engagements
  • alternative models of partnership working
  • shared services
  • blue-light integration
  • combined authority, or city deal development
  • health and social care programmes

Many delegates have gained Shared Service Practitioner, or Collaborative Transformation Practitioner recognition. Over 100 have gone on to complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Collaborative Transformation at Canterbury Christ Church University.

When attending the full programme you will enhance your skills, turbo-charge your CV and have taken your first step towards a qualification in collaborative working and shared services.
