The diagnostic tool you download
from this page is the UK’s most comprehensive assessment of shared service
skills and competencies. It has been used and verified by over 600 senior
leaders and managers across the public sector and is a key component of the
UK’s first Postgraduate Certificate in Shared Services.
The 20 skills and pieces of knowledge in
the self-diagnostic questions are derived from our unique research and validated by Canterbury Christ Church University, which identified the skills and
knowledge that shared service practitioners should be equipped with.
The diagnostic tool can be found in the
shared services text book, “The Shared Service Architect’s Toolbox: 40 tools, techniques and templates for building trust and shared vision in public sector partnerships”. To find out more or buy the book. Click here

Through attending the Shared Service Architect’s seminar programme you
will be able to develop your confidence in the majority of those skills and
knowledge, and gain shared service practitioner status. To find out more
