skills and competencies. It has been used and verified by over 600 senior
leaders and managers across the public sector and is a key component of the
UK’s first Postgraduate Certificate in Shared Services.

the self-diagnostic questions are derived from our unique research and validated by Canterbury Christ Church University, which identified the skills and
knowledge that shared service practitioners should be equipped with.
