This will increase their capacity and culture to successfully collaborate with other organisations and reap the full efficiency, improvement and political gains that shared services and collaborative transformation can deliver.

providing cross-partner taught programmes, and partnership gateway reviews, to build momentum within partnerships and accelerate the shared service journey and successful outcomes.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Collaborative Transformation...

in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University. The 6-month, postgrad certificate was launched in October 2010 with a pilot cohort of six students who completed their learning in May 2011 and were presented with their certificates by Sir Merrick Cockell, Chair of the Local Government Association in July 2011.

Over 100 students have now been through the postgraduate certificate.
