CFOA's Creating Collaborative Transformation Teams Programme

Delivered by Shared Service Architecture, the three-day programme (19-21 July) underpins the first module of the Postgraduate Certificate in Collaborative Transformation from Canterbury Christ Church University, covering the development and delivery of collaborative working and shared services within, or between, organisations.

This programme is aimed at FRS project teams, but is open to non-FRS project managers and staff working on collaborative projects.

The cost of attending this three-day programme is £925 + VAT, with further discounts available for multiple delegate bookings.   It will be hosted by CFOA at their HQ in Tamworth, Staffordshire on 19-21 July 2017.
