Become a Collaborative Transformation Practitioner (three days)

  • Mon 12 Jun 2017

  • Mon 12 Jun 2017

The dates of the seminars are:  12-14 June (Cambridge)

Leaders who build their organisation’s skills and capacity in shared service and collaborative transformation projects are said to have 'collaborative advantage'.

Shared services and collaborative transformation projects are complex, multi-million pound, multi-partner, change management programmes. Appointing staff who are unequipped with the skills required to develop these programmes successfully can prove reputationally damaging and very expensive to their organisation.

Day one:  Highway Code Toolbox

What must you know before you get ‘behind the wheel’ of a collaboration or shared service?  Over 500 councils, FE, HE, fire, police, housing and other organisations, have put over 2,000 of their leaders and senior managers through one or more days on the Shared Service Architect’s programme of seminars. The Highway Code Seminar has been one of the most popular.

Day two: Trust & Shared Vision Toolbox

Delegates are taught the ‘five step journey’ to build the strength of trust and shared vision in a collaboration or shared service partnership. This seminar unpacks the 240-page Shared Service Architect’s Toolbox and provides 40 tools, techniques and templates for building trust and shared vision between partners.

Day three: Shared Business Case Toolbox

Drafting shared service and collaboration business cases has traditionally been the role of external consultancies.  However, budget cuts are removing this option for many partnerships. This seminar unpacks the 230-page Shared Service Architect’s Business Case Toolbox and provides over 40 tools, techniques and templates to draft key elements of a shared business case with in-house staff.

The cost of attending the seminars will be £999 + VAT per delegate (for three days)
